intro
1990 : CTI is established as a trading company specialized in clinker and cement.
1992 : CTI completes its first shore terminal in Aqaba and charters its first floating cement terminal.
1992-1994 : CTI begins floating terminal operations in Yemen, and opens up market of Sudan.
1994-1997 : CTI has 3 terminal operations in Yemen, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Eritrean market is opened.
1997-1999 : CTI takes ownership of 4 floating terminals, 2 in joint ventures. New markets open up in Egypt, Bangladesh, Srilanka and West Coast USA.
2000 : CTI has established it self as the leading cement trading and handling company in the Red Sea Area. Shore terminals have been established in Srilanka, Sudan, Eritrea, and Yemen. CTI's state of the art truck loading terminal in Stockton California is the pride of the port of Stockton. CTI's trading activities have extended also to Europe.
2001-2004 : CTI continues to grow with the opening up of new offices in Egypt and Malaysia, Annual quantities handled average 2 million tons per year. CTI has established its own shipmanagment company in Greece that manages. The groups' fleet which has grown to 11 ships.
2004-2006 : Further offices are opened in the Philippines and Dubai the operated fleet continues to grow..
2007-2008 : CTI ventures into the Bulk Carrier market by Acquiring majority share of a company with a fleet of 8 Ships. Trading activities continue to flourish through the company’s offices in Dubai, Jordan, USA, Egypt, and Malaysia, while shipping activities are handled out of Greece and the Phillippines.
 
2009-2011 : CTI expands operations into East Africa and India, and Acquires a minority share in a clinker grinding operation in Indonesia, CTI also Established a joint venture shipping company in Indonesia.
